How Dato' Sri Idris Jala transformed Malaysian Airlines.


I happened to listen to one of Malaysia's best CEOs in the person on Dato' Sri Idris Jala. He was the MD/CEO of Malaysian Airlines, he was invited to Deliver the Keynote address at the Toastmasters International District 51 Convention in Kuching, Sarawak - Malaysia. He spoke about how he applied management skills and transformed the Company many have lost hope in. During the Speech, he told the audience about his stay in Shell Malaysia and how he was chosen to Lead the Airline Industry. Dato' Sri Idris has never worked in an aviation industry but he managed and transformed the company as if he has been there for a very long time.

Today's economy is witnessing alot of changes, many businesses are applying alot of management and business strategies to transform their businesses, Dato' Idris also did thesame, by applying what he call "6 secrets of business transformation".
