Every year, Airline companies do get an award for their services rendered to its customers, this year Etihad airlies of Abu Dhabi is awarded the best airline on the planet and the World's Leading First Class. The award was given to them at the 2009 World Travels Award. It was voted for by over 180,000 travel industry professionals from over 175 countries, these awards stand testimony to the quality of service, product innovation, customer relations, creativity and business acumen the airline has. I am yet to give a test to this airline, but I will soon do that. Hassan Usman Polytechnic Katsina, is to commence awarding Higher National Diploma in four different programmes, Rector of the Polytechnic, Dr. Kabir Ibrahim Matazu has revealed.Dr. Matazu told newsmen on Monday that the five programmes include crops production, electrical Engineering, mechanical engineering and architecture.He explained that the polytechnic is making effort to proved necessary facilities for the take-off of the five programmes next year.Dr. Matazu said already, a team from NBTE has visited the polytechnic and inspected facilities for the programmes, adding the management of the polytechnic had commenced construction of laboratories workshops.The Rector further explains, that the polytechnic is planning to introduce National Diploma in Fisheries and irrigation.He said the two programmes are very significant to the survival of people of the grassroots as well as improve economic activities in Katsina.Dr Kadir further said the polytechnic had introduced remedial studies f...
