Every year, Airline companies do get an award for their services rendered to its customers, this year Etihad airlies of Abu Dhabi is awarded the best airline on the planet and the World's Leading First Class. The award was given to them at the 2009 World Travels Award. It was voted for by over 180,000 travel industry professionals from over 175 countries, these awards stand testimony to the quality of service, product innovation, customer relations, creativity and business acumen the airline has. I am yet to give a test to this airline, but I will soon do that.
