Lesson learnt from Lehman Brothers

I came across this interview on Vanguard with the Central Bank Governor, Malam Sanusi Lamido Sanusi. He spoke about the Nigerian Banking sector, the state of the Nation's Economy and also about his future plans for the Nigerian Banking sector.
During the Interview, he said, he learnt three things from the collapse of Lehman Brothers and they are:
1- never let a big bank fail,
2- know what the problem is before it strikes, and
3- people must be held accountable.
I really enjoyed the interview, and you can find it here

In the US, where it all started, no one has been brought to the book or maybe they are still investigating who is responsible for the meltdown, i believe what Sanusi said is true, someone must be held accountable, what do you think?

Next, will be a discussion on the state of the Nigerian University Curriculum. until then, I have an exam on Friday morning and I will catch you later.
