English is a Crazy Language!


That was my cousins (Yusuf Salisu) speech title at the Toastmasters International Speech contest of Division D of District 51. I participated in the Table Topics (impromptu Speech) Contest and a funny thing that cost me the championship happened, I got a wrong word pronunciation from the Contest Chair, which made me to misinterpret the whole question, as thus making me to deliver a good wrong speech. Overall, I enjoyed myself throughout especially the other speeches delivered and am looking forward to listening to the MD/CEO of Malaysian airlines and the Kuching Convention next month, I promise to listen carefully to avoid such mistakes, i was really angry so as Ms Sentha and my friends that I was busy talking like.........
